In recent times, the cost of housing have risen in response to booming demand and constraints in the supply of dwellings especially the shortage of serviced lands in capital cities.
This shortage within the housing industry have also prompted higher affordability certainties. The 10,000 smiles project falls under the Kuje area council and is granted and approved by the Minister of the FCT. This is easily verifiable from the Abuja Municipal Area council and Land Administration units/Divisions – Abuja.
Payments made for the properties at our 10,000 smiles project covers for the land, documentations, provision of infrastructure and other customary charges.
